Events; SODA & Drift by Feinto-D 26 Apr 2009

We can’t say how much we love drift, the sideways action can rarely be seen in other forms of motorsport today, and like what Keiichi Tsuchiya has said, its the most exciting way around the corner. Learning to control the fine line between gripping and losing it all is tough though, and that’s where Sync Optima’s Drift Academy (or a cooler-sounding SODA) comes in. Manned by the married couple of Malaysian drift, Ariff and Jane, participants learn how to control their cars while applying driving techniques not taught in your average driving school.

Randoms; Kelisa with nice stance
Posted on April 28th, 2009 No comments
We spotted this nicely-appointed Kelisa with an awesome stance for a K-car last Saturday at Sunway Pyramid. Its definitely on some form of coil-overs although we could not take a closer look; the driver, a young girl would have freaked out!!! On another note, last Sunday drift images will have to wait till tomorrow; we are having slight problems with image uploads. Either that or Izzi has screwed our upload line again. Damn you Malaysian broadband!!! -
Randoms; Lancer GT

The owner of this Lancer GT has taken quite a bit of effort to make his car look furious, or should we say, more similar to its potent Evo X brother. Apart from the BBS 18″(?) rims and large exhaust, it also sports what seems to be a Voltex hood and front lip.
Oh, BTW, we’ll be heading to Bukit Jalil this Sunday, see ya there!

Randoms; Changing Tires
Posted on April 16th, 2009 No comments
A friendly parking attendant helping a group of three young girls to change their flat front tire. Sure, being stick thin, you can’t expect them to be strong enough to loosen the lugs, but there are electric drills running from the cigarette lighter port for that. Are girls that helpless when it comes to car breakdowns? We want to listen to your opinions! -
mycarslowbai to Toyota: BUILD IT!

1.3l in a small chassis which looks more like a go-kart, uprated exhaust system, fat tires, seats three, and your dog; a perfect pocket rocket with major modding potential here! BUILD IT, TOYOTA!!! (not with a front bumper looking like that, though)
